The Plaza Design Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with every Plaza Design purchase. If you wish to return an item, we will either replace it for another item or issue a merchandise credit. If your order fails to meet your expectations for any reason, please return the merchandise within 90 days of receipt for exchange or credit (excluding delivery and handling charges). Jewelry must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Fine Art must be returned within 7 days of receipt. Personalized items may not be returned.

All return merchandise must be in the same condition prior to purchase. We maintain the right to refuse any return of merchandise that has been damaged or altered in any way outside of the course of normal business. Clearance items specifically marked "no returns" may not be returned.

If you wish to return an item you purchased, you may choose to have the item replaced or have a store credit issued to you. If you are mailing in your return, please insure and ship your return merchandise, with a copy of your receipt and a note regarding your return. We recommend insuring your return shipment, since we cannot give credit for items that do not arrive in our Return Center. Please send your return packages to:

Exchanges & Credit

If the merchandise price for the replacement item exceeds the amount to be refunded (please note that delivery and handling charges are not refunded when you return an item unless we are at fault), please include payment for the additional amount. There are no additional charges for delivery and handling if you're exchanging an item. If you have questions, please call us at 707-839-1250. If you are returning an item for store credit, we will issue a gift certificate for the dollar amount of the item. If you are exchanging the item and the amount for the replacement item exceeds the cost for the return item, please include payment for the additional amount.

Shipping Errors and Damages

Please call us right away at 707-839-1250 or email us at info@plazad.com if your order arrived damaged or if a packing error occurred. Please provide us with your name, address, and a description of what happened. We will let you know what to do next. If a replacement item is in stock, we will ship it to you immediately; your credit card will be charged for the second shipment, but you will be credited for the original item including delivery and handling once the return has been processed.

Sale Prices
Sale prices are offered to our customers for a limited time and on specific merchandise. Sale prices are not applicable to prior purchase.

Taxes
You will be credited the exact amount of tax paid on your original receipt. If you do not have a receipt, we will calculate tax on your return at the same tax rate offered online at plazad.com. Tax rates are subject to change.
